The next HMS Ambuscade Association Reunion will take place at Bristol
on 15th to 16th May 2026
Events will be held in the
City Centre
We plan to meet up at the Royal Naval Volunteer on Friday evening
Sat AGM at 10:AM at SS Great Britain
tour of SS Great BritainRiver boat Trip (Sea time)
And an evening meal at a nearby restaurant TBC

Parking is a premium in Bristol and the city centre area has a clean air zone charging system. So would recommend arriving by train and plan not to use the car over the weekend.
Accommodation options - 2 x Premier Inns, 2 x Travelodges in the city centre in walking distance of the main attractions

The 2025 Ambuscade Association Reunion
took place on the sunny weekend of 9th May 2025 in our adopted town of Crewe in Cheshire
There was a good turnout on the Friday at the Chester Races
Where we pooled together for the last race and picked an anchor-faced horse.
A horse called Gibside won! and paid for a bottle of port for all the evening tables.
On Saturday, after our AGM, we enjoyed a visit to the cold war Hack Green Secret Nuclear Bunker,
Followed by a dinner
at Crewe Sea Cadet Unit attended by Madam Mayor Counciller Dawn Clarke
and members of te Sea Cadet leadership team.
The Police Band entertained us with their fantastic drumming display
A big thank you to Stewart and Bev from the Crewe Sea Cadets for helping organising a fantastic evening.
