The Weymouth/Portland trip was a resounding success with 50 Ambuscade shipmates and their partners enjoying the long awaited reunion and a massive thanks to Fez Parker for organising a real classic. For those who missed the trip we all agreed it was such a good venue that we will return so watch this space for details. The Association has been invited to an exclusive preview of the new Mary Rose Museum at Portsmouth Historic Dockyard on Monday 20th May 10am – 4pm, this is in recognition of our support for the Mary Rose 500 appeal where we raised £500 to be virtual crew members. If anyone is interested in attending please let me know by return so I can let the museum know and we can organise a suitable time and coordinator for this unique opportunity.
